Same-Day Return Policy (Important)

Refunds or returns are only applicable in case of a genuine quality issue and must be reported and returned on the same day of delivery.

Because our products are highly perishable, any delay in returning the product may lead to a natural loss of freshness and quality. This makes it difficult to verify the original condition of the product at the time of delivery. Therefore, we kindly request customers to check their order immediately upon delivery and raise any concerns on the same day.

Eligibility for Return & Refund:

You may be eligible for a return or refund if:

  • There is a verified quality issue with the product
  • The issue is reported on the same day of delivery
  • The product is returned on the same day
  • The product is unused and in the same condition as received
  • The product is returned in its original packaging
  • A valid order receipt or proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products:

Fresh fruits, fresh juices, and food items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a verified quality issue reported on the same day.

No returns or refunds will be accepted for:

Delay in reporting the issue

Improper storage after delivery

Incorrect order placed by the customer

Exchanges:

Exchanges are not applicable.

We only offer refunds for approved quality issues returned on the same day of delivery.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within a few business days.

Delivery or shipping charges are non-refundable, if applicable.

Shipping Returns:

Products must be returned as instructed by the BB Fruits support team.

BB Fruits is not responsible for quality issues reported after the delivery day.
